Le Saint-Martin is highly respected amongst gourmands and gleaming with a Michelin star. This menu showcases the distinctive seasonal flavours of local harvests, with wine pairing suggestions by our sommelier. Seated on the restaurant’s terrace guests lunch or dine with magnificent views sweeping down the Vence hillside to the glittering Mediterranean.

Reservations are required and subject to availability. This voucher includes the starter, main course, cheese, dessert, mineral water, coffee and 4 glasses of wine selected by our sommelier. Open daily for lunch from 12pm to 2pm (except when L’Oliveraie summer restaurant is open) and dinner from 7.30pm to 10pm, from April 28 to October 13, 2024. This voucher is not valid during the Monaco Grand Prix. The voucher value cannot be exchanged for cash. If amount exceeds that of voucher, it must be supplemented by another form of payment.
